The Nockolds Team provided us with an excellent service whilst working with them in Spain and in the UK during the whole process of purchasing an apartment in Estepona. They offered us a very friendly, professional service and were very quick to respond to all our needs and queries. It has been quite a daunting process but the staff held our hands through the whole process and were fluent in English so that made things a lot easier for us.They sorted absolutely everything out for us - purchase, bank account, wills, utilities. My wife & I recently worked with Nockolds Lawyers in Estepona. We initially met with Leticia & Flor for a discussion with them to process a Spanish Will for me and one for my wife. They provided us with great information. We also needed to have a Padron processed for our residence in Spain. Leticia did the work on our Wills and Isabel did the work on our Padron. Both were a great pleasure to work with and all done at a very reasonable rate. We highly recommend them and Nockholds Lawyers to others who may need legal services.

I recently appointed Flor at Nockolds Lawyers Spain as conveyancer for my property purchase in Estepona after she was recommended to me.The service I received from Flor did not disappoint being nothing short of exceptional.Flor is extremely professional but at the same time she is warm and friendly and the fact that she speaks perfect English made the process so much easier for me .I received regular communication both through email and by telephone.I was particularly impressed that Flor thoroughly reviewed my survey document and addressed any worries that I had.Through out the whole process Flor's due diligence really made me feel protected as a buyer and I would not hesitate to recommend her and her team to anyone who is buying or selling a property.I felt like Flor went above and beyond for me so much so that I also instructed her to do my Spanish will which went seamlessly with good information and advice from her again making me feel protected which is vital.I would also like to mention that I used Isabel at Nockolds services to transfer all utilities into my name which ensured a smooth moving in period for me without the stress and worry of contacting all the providers myself and she was amazing with her communication backwards and forwards to me leaving me with no hassles or worries.A great team effort by all!Thank you

Fantastic service helping me exchange my uk driving license to Spanish, and obtaining my TIE. The process was smooth from start to finish with constant communication and updates.
