  1. Identify lawyer to ensure necessary due diligence checks are completed on property
    before signing a reservation contract or paying a deposit
  2. Obtain power of attorney (if necessary)
  3. Reservation contract – where a small deposit payment will be made, normally around
    3.000 – 6.000 €.
  4. 10% Deposit contract
  5. Opening Spanish bank account and obtaining NIE numbers (if necessary)
  6. Signing completion documentation before a Notary Public
  7. Registering property in your name at the Land Registry
